party proposal to Interior Minister Voridis for honorary
naturalization of Julian Assange as Greek citizen
AKKEL
submitted a proposal to the Minister of Interior, Makis Voridis, to
honorably naturalize as a Greek citizen the founder of Wikileaks,
Julian Assange, who is currently imprisoned in a British prison after
being persecuted by the US government, mainly on the basis of the
excellent services he offers through of WikiLeaks in serving the
values and ideals of Hellenism but also with practical services
to Greece which are listed.
AKKEL’s
proposal highlights and combines various events that have occurred,
so that based on the older known case of
Steve Lalas, honorary naturalization
would function as a key to the transfer of Julian Assange to Greece,
utilizing the legal and political
precedent of Steve Lalas within the framework of the Greek-American
and Greek-British cooperation agreement, which is also influenced by
the proposal .
The
proposal also mentions the cases of honorary naturalization that have
been concluded for Minister Stylianidis, Antetokounmpo family and
Victoria Hislop, treating them as precedents based on which the
honorary naturalization of Julian Assange is just a typical process,
because his contribution is incomparably greater than the
contribution of the aforementioned, as stated in the justification of
their honorary naturalization by the Ministry of Interior.
Characteristic
parts of the AKKEL Proposal
1)
Julian Assange, through WikiLeaks, has put forward and continues to
put up a constant resistance, a persistent NO, to the Nazi-minded
organized crime groups that operated and continue to operate
primarily within the United States government structure and which
have a very clear and well-known anti-Greek pro-Turkish regime
identity. The aforementioned are
further enhanced through unfair and illegal persecution suffered by
Julian Assange. The second day of the trial in London (based as well
on a deposition by a proven false witness), in fact, took place
exactly on 28th October, the anniversary of the Fascist-Nazi attack
against Greece in 1940.
2)
Revealed actions of corrupt circles of the US Services to recruit
executives of the Greek National Intelligence Service for a fee.
Telegrams are also included which raise concerns about the possible
involvement of these circles in the deadly health problem of the late
Archbishop Christodoulos. There is also a lot of information about
the Troika's operations during the manufacturing of the crisis
against Greece, which could have been used to punish those
responsible and relieve Greece of the troubles caused by the Troika.

It is worth noting that a characteristic element of
Julian Assange's orientation towards the timeless values and
ideals of Hellenism as a cultural dimension of the fight against
barbarism and totalitarianism, is the
revelation of emails, documents, etc. by Erdogan's AKP party, mainly
regarding the coup against him, which led to the closure of Wikileaks
in Turkey since the summer of 2016, without ruling out the Turkish
regime itself being involved in the overall situation towards his
prosecution.
4)
The main volume of communication documents of the American Embassy in
Athens and elsewhere is a valuable evidence revealing the actions
taken against the Greek people by foreign officials,
who have obviously violated their oath to the citizens of their own
country (if not the legislation in the United States and elsewhere)
in relation to the treatment of Greece during the economic crisis but
also in the past in relation to critical national issues of Greece.
5)
At the international level, we have the timeless alignment of Julian
Assange in the service of the values and ideals of Hellenism
(as a universal reference point of Culture and the fight against
barbarism of all forms) by revealing
numerous cases of corruption around the world, war crimes, revealing
actions against freedom and democracy, exploitation by officials of
their position and power, etc. up to the revelation of vital
documents of extremist organizations such as the notorious
Scientology, which illuminate their true nature and function.
6)
AKKEL emphasizes that the case of the transfer of Steve Lalas has
created a legal and political transfer
gateway from the US to Greece and the
proposal of honorary naturalization of Julian Assange as a Greek
creates the key to open this gateway.
7)
If the United States intervenes to stop
the transfer or process of honorary naturalization, it will be public
and clear evidence that a political-judicial system incompatibility
exists, so even the signed bilateral
Defense Agreement remains pending for annulment
because the ground on which the Greek government is supposed to have
relied to sign it, will be nonexistent. Similarly
for the Agreement with Britain, if Britain tries to block in any way
this transfer process to Greece.

Honorable
Minister,
Following
the information we received about the honorary naturalization of a
foreigner, after a request from AKKEL to you regarding the honorary
naturalization of Julian Assange (founder of Wikileaks ), AKKEL
submits a request for the honorary naturalization of Julian Assange,
so that the process can begin, during which the personal presence of
Julian Assange in Greece is a serious possibility,
as we explain below, without the need for any government action for
this, although it would be welcome.
Following
the celebrations of the anniversary of the Greek NO [ΟΧΙ
in Greek] against the Nazi and Fascist
Axis, which began the battle of the Greek people against the Axis in
1940 (and continues to this day in various forms), AKKEL submits to
you the request for honorary naturalization, given
that the revelations made by Julian Assange brought to light war
crimes, Nazi-style atrocities, crimes that clash with the values of
Hellenism (not necessarily with a
narrow understanding of geographical area, but as a point of
reference for Humanity) and largely neutralized the action by such
Nazi-minded groups and organizations.
Julian Assange, through WikiLeaks, has raised
and continues to put up a continuing resistance, a persistent NO, to

a very clear and well-known anti-Greek and pro-Turkish-regime
identity. The aforementioned are
further enhanced through unfair and illegal persecution suffered by

Based on the unique combination of legal and
political precedent, which has been formed in the Greek-American and
Greek-British relations (with the two
bilateral agreements and the previous case of Steve Lalas), as well
as with recent cases of honorary naturalization, (Stylianidis,
Antetokoumpo family, Hislop etc), the
honorary naturalization of Julian Assange as a Greek is now a typical
procedural issue, given his incomparably greater contribution,
as well as the possibility to come free to Greece, as we explain.
To put it descriptively, based on the
justification for these honorary naturalizations that you have made
public, if we represent your justification for offering these people
at the size of apartment buildings,
by analogy Julian Assange's contribution should be seen at the size
of a skyscraper
and in fact in much more difficult conditions and situations of
persecution, in which the former have not been found. The
naturalization of Christos Stylianidis, in fact, to be appointed
Minister of Civil Protection, is highly controversial, as you know,
with many reactions to the point that it has been said that he should
not have honorary naturalization, butshould have been banned from
entering Greece because he supported (for-fee) the anti-Hellenic
Annan Plan against Cyprus.
Outline
of Julian Assange's contribution
It
is understandable that we can not mention the whole volume with the
documents revealed by Julian Assange, but indicatively we mention
some of the revelations of WikiLeaks (1)
initially in relation to Greece and directly in support of the Greek
people. He revealed actions of corrupt
circles of the US Services to recruit executives of the Greek
National Intelligence Service under financial reward. Telegrams are
also included which raise concerns about the possible involvement of
these circles in the deadly health problem of the late Archbishop
Christodoulos. There is also a lot of information about the Troika's
operations during the manufacturing of the crisis against Greece,
which could have been used to punish those responsible and relieve
Greece of the troubles caused by the Troika. It is worth noting that
a characteristic element of Julian
Assange's orientation towards the timeless values and ideals of
Hellenism as a cultural dimension of the fight against barbarism and
totalitarianism, is the revelation of

coup against him, which led to a blockade of Wikileaks in Turkey
since the summer of 2016, without ruling out the Turkish regime
itself being involved in the overall situation towards his
prosecution.
The bulk of the US Embassy's communications
documents in Athens and elsewhere is valuable evidence of the actions
taken against the Greek people by foreign officials,
who have apparently violated their oath to the citizens of their own
country (if not legislation in the United States and elsewhere) in
relation to the treatment of Greece during the economic crisis but
also in the past in relation to critical national issues of Greece.
Obviously all governments in Greece in recent years could use this
material but even though they have not used it, Julian Assange's
offer remains intact because it can be used by the citizens
themselves, in various legal, activist ways and others.
Secondly
(2) at the international level, there is the timeless alignment of
Julian Assange in the service of the values and ideals of
Hellenism (as a universal reference point of Culture and the fight
against barbarism of all forms) by
revealing numerous cases of corruption around the world, war crimes,
revealing actions of repression of freedom and democracy,
exploitation by officials of the position and power they held, etc.
even revealing vital documents of extremist organizations such as the
notorious Scientology that illuminate their true nature and function.
One of the most important and indisputable examples
of war crimes is the revelation of the
video where a US helicopter in Iraq kills civilians including a
Reuters journalist and his driver, an extreme case of indifference to
human life.
The
values and ideals of Hellenism as they have been created since
antiquity and shaped until today are a reference point of Humanity on
what is "civilized" and what is "barbaric",
inhuman, misanthropic and generally against human ontological nature.
Freedom, Democracy, honor for human
life, service to citizens, prevention of exploitation, repulsion of
corruption, free investigation, respect for the personality from
which it derives today the protection of privacy, etc. are among the
ideals and values of Hellenism and of course do not exhaust the
issue. When we look at the direction in which Julian Assange's
revelations worked, through Wikileaks, we see that they served what
are considered values and ideals of Hellenism (indicatively
mentioned earlier). One only has to look at a list of Wikileaks
revelations and find that everything brings a service-related benefit
to the above.
The
Greek-American, Greek-British Agreements and the Steve Lalas case
We know, of course, that in the face of Julian
Assange a section of the United States government (with the help of a
counterpart in Britain) has launched a furious attack on his
imprisonment and actual effort to take his life, because he exposed
their criminal gangs around the world. We are referring to this
precisely
because the unique combination that
exists only for Greece in the world, will be able to provide a
solution to the Legal and Political
case that is currently evolving in the British courts focusing on
Julian Assange, taking advantage of the
legal and political precedent between Greece-USA with the transfer of
Steve Lalas to Greece.
Briefly, since Julian Assange has served Greece
(as a society) and the values and ideals of Hellenism, having
revealed what this part of the US administration accuses him of being
espionage, hacking, endangering agents etc etc (with proven false
"Witnesses") and Britain does NOT dispute this, having the
prisoner in a high security prison, a serious
question arises as to whether and to what extent the US and Britain
are or can be allies with Greece (since what we want to honor Julian
Assange for, is exactly what the US and Britain themselves want to
imprison him for and now have him imprisoned).
There is a question of "compatibility" between the
legal-political system (and legal-political culture) of the USA and
Britain with those of Greece. Moreover,
this serious and reasonable questioning of "compatibility"
extends to the recent Agreements that Greece has signed with the USA
and Britain. Consequently, the
obligation arises from the governments of the USA and Britain to
prove to
the Greek people that this compatibility exists and that they are
real allies as follows.
AKKEL emphasizes that the case of the transfer of
Steve Lalas has created a legal and
political transfer gate from the USA to Greece
and the proposal of honorary naturalization of Julian Assange as a
Greek creates the key to open this gate:
Comparative
cases of Julian Assange and Steve Lalas
The situation, as it stands now, is almost
equivalent to the case of Steve Lalas, but with Julian Assange in a
much better analogy:
(1) Lalas was accused by the US government of leaking confidential
information to Greece. Assange is accused by the US government of
revealing confidential information through WikiLeaks.
(2) Lalas was arrested by the US government when
he arrived in the US. Assange has NOT been arrested by the United
States. They have to go through the UK to gain control on him.
(3) Lalas was tried in a US court. Assange was NOT tried in a
US court.
(4) Lalas was convicted and imprisoned in the United States.
Assange has NOT been convicted and is NOT a prisoner in the US.
(5) Lalas was released on parole and the
United States agreed to release him in Greece for the last years of
his conditional release to be reunited with his family for
humanitarian reasons. Assange is NOT even under US control and the US
can NOT have a legitimate reason to intervene against his release to
Greece, at least for humanitarian reasons (to improve his health) in
addition to the honorary naturalization process, since for a long
time a more serious case like that of Lalas, in which they had full
control, allowed Lalas to come to Greece despite the contrary
instructions of the US Embassy in Athens.
As a result, Lalas' case created "a
legal-political bridge and gateway" from the US to Greece, to
which the Assange case can be "led". AKKEL's action for
honorary naturalization has created a "node" on the
"bridge" for connection with the United Kingdom and has
created the "key" to open the gate.
Since the US has already accepted and made
the transfer of Lalas, they CANNOT have legal objections, especially
because what they are asking from the UK they can ask in the Greek
courts when Assange is in Greece. The "US-Greece legal bridge
and gateway" exists, the US has no moral or legal right to
prevent Greeks from transporting others "on the bridge"
especially when in the Assange case the US has ABSOLUTELY NO DIRECT
CONTROL on Assange, as they had FULL control on prisoner Lalas.
Only
Britain has a say in this case for the transfer to the "bridge"
and "gate" that have been instituted between Greece and the
United States with the transfer of Steve Lalas and the AKKEL move for
honorary Greek citizenship to Assange. The
United States has no reason or right to intervene
because there is the final event with Lalas. If the United States
intervenes to stop the transfer or process of honorary
naturalization, it will be public and clear evidence that the
aforementioned incompatibility exists, so even
the signed bilateral Defense Agreement remains pending for annulment
because there will not be the ground on which the Greek government is
supposed to have relied to sign it. Similarly
for the Agreement with Britain, if Britain tries to block in any way
this transfer process to Greece.
AKKEL
emphasizes the particularly beneficial results if the path we propose
is followed, initially obviously in favor of Julian Assange, who will
gain his freedom and his work will be honored as we all have an
obligation to honor, but also in favor of Hellenism because the first
thing that will be understood and felt throughout the world will be
that the Greeks today remain connected to the historical course since
Antiquity and honor the values and ideals of Hellenism as a
point of reference for Humanity. The proof for this will be the
honorary naturalization of Julian Assange as a Greek because he also
honored the same ideals and values with his revelations and the
Greeks decided to make him "one of us" and formally join
the same common course from Antiquity until today.
It
is also obvious that honorary naturalization will create a great wave
of sympathy and appreciation around the world for Greece, because
Greek society will emerge internationally as a brave entity for
clearly rewarding people who serve the universal values and
ideals of Hellenism.
An
extremely great service, which will obviously be appreciated, is
oriented towards the entire society and the individual societies that
make up the United Kingdom. We all understand that both the political
world and the judiciary, as well as society as a whole in the United
Kingdom, face a major problem with the pressures and blackmails of
criminal government circles that have long influenced the leadership
of the United States. Essentially, these criminal circles are
responsible for the prosecution of Julian Assange, because this
persecution is by no means a demand and demand of American civil
society. The honorary naturalization and utilization of the
aforementioned Steve Lala Bridge and Gate is essentially a "Machine
God"
The
same service, which will be equally appreciated, will be offered to
the American people, who see (in their name) Julian Assange being
persecuted, a fact that the American people themselves obviously do
not agree with, given that the Greek and American people have existed
as allies, fighting for common values and ideals. This process
of honorary naturalization and liberation of Julian Assange will be
another milestone in the common course of the two peoples and
obviously from the American side (the peoples’ side not regime’s)
the appreciation for Greece and the values and ideals of
Hellenism will be strengthened.
A
very clear service, although it may not be visible from the
beginning, will be to Steve Lalas, who really suffered from his
imprisonment in the United States. The implementation of the transfer
of Julian Assange to Greece based on the legal and political
precedent of Steve Lalas, on the one hand will be an important
consolation of Steve Lalas and on the other hand will signal both in
Greece and abroad that good acts of honesty towards the homeland will
always at some point bear fruit even in a way that in no case could
it be visible at that time. It will be the best completion of the
"cycle" for Steve Lalas.
However,
it may eventually turn out that a "gold mine" of knowledge
and data will be gained from the reactions and attempts to undermine
the honorary naturalization and liberation, that will come from the
corrupt and criminal circles within the leadership of the United
States and in other countries, even in Greece. We will be able to map
the people, groups, networks and "arguments" of Barbarism
when they are forced to react to such an act of honorary
naturalization of Julian Assange, which serves the values and
ideals of Hellenism-Civilization.
