AKKEL party's complaint about the arrest of Pavel Durov and the implementation of Scientology censorship practices and collective responsibility

 

Your Excellency Ms. Auer,

            The Agriculture and Livestock Party of Greece (AKKEL) sees with great regret that after the disgusting and anti-Olympic event of the Olympic Games in France, we again saw in France an unprecedented display of anti-democratic barbarity against fundamental human freedoms and rights, which is also directed against all non-French citizens.

            We refer to the entrapment and arrest of Pavel Durov, co-founder of Telegram, on charges that have historical roots in the criminal practices of the 90s by the extremist organization Scientology, while they are also contaminated by the notions of collective responsibility applied by the Nazis, British and the Ottomans on the populations they had under their occupation. Today the Israeli government applies it against the Palestinians.

            The actions against Pavel Durov, with the knowledge of the French government, are directed against all citizens of all states and of course against the Greeks. Controversial figures in a French (US-influenced) anti-cybercrime group have fabricated "cases" against him in order to impose a worldwide legal habit of proactively censoring any kind of content or conversation on the Internet. Through France, they are imposing the American model of Scientology, which distorts and poisons the legal concept of responsibilities of web hosting companies, social networks, etc. in relation to the content published by users.

            France is laundering and legitimizing the legal poison that Scientology has been unleashing since the 90s and was then strongly rejected and condemned, both in Europe and the US, as unacceptable because it is the cyberspace equivalent of collective responsibility perceptions and practices imposed by various totalitarian regimes.

            This particular cyber-crime group that directed and enforced the arrest of Pavel Durov is headed by Judge Johanna Brousse, who has clear and publicized ties to the US government space through the "leaders program" of the French-American Foundation. She imposed the path of arresting and effectively blackmailing Durov under the guise of the only solution to solve some cases which are presented as the cause of the process that led to his prosecution.

            While the French State Agency MIVILUDES (founded by President Jacques Chirac) since 2002 has acted to protect French citizens from the criminal activity of Scientology and other such organizations, Johanna Brousse's aforementioned group and herself operate opaquely as power laundering agents for Scientology and  the US deep state, which serves and has acted powerfully and extortionately in favor of Scientology for many decades. Durov's persecutors are acting as instruments of a foreign power, the USA, using the state structures of France and they should be prosecuted, not Durov.

            First of all, no one knows and it has not been proven that these cases actually exist and that they were not fabricated without any basis and background and solely to provoke the arrest of Durov and implement the illegal practices of Scientology under the pressure of the US government. It is a classic "textbook case" of the Hegelian Principle where a situation is constructed, shaped into a problem, noise is created and a "solution" is imposed, which is what the parastate wants, but cannot impose in conditions of democracy and imposes it as an urgent compulsion solution. But even if the cases in question are real, a democratic government and its agencies would never undertake such acts of totalitarianism with the justification of revealing the identity of alleged culprits.

            If the particular cybercrime team (and its leadership with the particular controversial person with the US dependencies) does not have the capacity or willingness or there is corruption within it and cannot or does not want to identify the perpetrators in the specific cases, then the actions taken by Johanna Brousse and other French government officials are in no way justified and are not proportional actions in relation to the need to reveal the culprits. There is only one other solution which is either the selection of more capable executives in the particular group, or the special training of those that exist, or the cleansing of corruption and dependency in the group to release its potential, but in NO case is the imposition of "poison" of collective responsibility started by Scientology with the support of criminal interests from the US deep state. It is these interests that MIVILUDES was founded to fight.

            A psychological war has already started all over the world by corrupt Media, which do not apply journalistic ethics, to discourage reactions to Durov's arrest and to impose a climate of fear and defeat on citizens and businessmen, allegedly that it is useless to react to anti-democratic actions of each government and not to do business in related sectors.

            Telegram is the most valuable "tool" for citizens (which we use extensively in AKKEL) to support democracy, for their survival in totalitarian regimes, but also for their safe and free communication, in order to exercise control over accountability and proportionality of actions to the rulers in a country with a representative democracy like (albeit formally) we have in the EU and in many other countries. Therefore, when some people (such as French judicial and prosecuting authorities) try with excuses to break this protection of communication and freedom of speech, they attack the foundations of the functioning of our democratic governance within our countries. At the same time, they affect our rights to use our own critical network infrastructure (CNI) for data-information traffic. They are trying to impose French and American law on Greek etc. territory and are practicing piracy against our assets that make up the CNI.

            We ask to forward AKKEL's letter to the judicial officials handling the Pavel Durov Case, to be informed of the substance and ramifications of the case. We also ask that you inform us about the procedure for the participation of non-French persons/entities in the legal proceedings in defense of Pavel Durov.
