            The mines that "suddenly appeared" in the Black Sea create big problems with the risk that some of them "slip" and go as far as the Aegean, creating dangers for the safety of navigation. AKKEL reveals British parastate document leaked after hacking into the internal network of the British parastate NGO, the infamous Integrity Initiative (https://akkelparty.blogspot.com/p/integrity-initiative.html), which was written by in 2014 by its founder-manager, Chris Nigel Donelly (CND) who served as a consultant to some S.G. of NATO. Since 2014, he has been pressuring Nazi coup plotters to lay such mines in the sea, among other things.

            The document that was leaked at the end of 2018 (file "00 Military measures.pdf") is typical of the way in which the British parastatals dealt with the bloodshed they caused together with the Americans. From 2014 he called for extreme measures against Russia which could obviously be neutralized by Russia, but would have already caused more tension and perhaps bloodshed. But perhaps that was also a goal of the British.

            The following document clearly suggests that the Ukrainians place mines around Crimea, without taking into account the dangers that would have arisen if these mines had been carried away. This is exactly what has happened and we constantly hear and read about  sea mines, which fortunately so far, as far as we know at least, have not been carried to the Aegean Sea.

            He also writes about the communications sector where the Ukrainian coup regime, which was then in place, was not doing well, according to Donelly. "The government needs a Strategic communication campaign - so far everything is coming from Moscow". This has been implemented in 2022 with over 100 consultants or "communication" companies, mainly from the USA, Britain and some from the EU that distort the perception of reality and participate in the silencing of every other voice that presents true, real facts and not communicative cooking.
